Step 1: At first, click on the Tailoring then Forms Designer under System Navigator. Instead, you can type FD in a command line of Service Manager >> press Enter key.

Step 2: Next, click New option.

Step 3: Tap on Yes button to use a Form Wizard there.

Step 4: After that, type a name of your new form >> click OK option.

Step 5: Here, you can type or choose the table name that you need to associate through a form again click on OK option.

Step 6: At this time, you can simply make a form which shows the single record/form as the list of items. Choose the form type that you need to create >> click on OK.

Step 7: Choose the form size.

Step 8: Modify the False or True in a Display (T/F) column.

Step 9: In this step, go to the Field Label column and change a text there to update a label on your form.

Step 10: Then, click on Proceed. Now, a new form will be in the Design mode.

Step 11: Now, follow the below steps to add the field to a new form:

  • At first, drag a controller to its estimated location, choose a field >> modify the Property Sheet

  • Now, to delete the field, choose it & press the Delete

  • Simply click on Tailoring then click Database Manager
  • In the second step, click on Search in order to open the list of the forms by Service Manager.
  • Finally, click on the form that you have created in order to launch it.
